The corporations that run the State continually buy their approval from the masses under the guise of "support." Just because homosexuals are allowed to openly serve in the armed forces does not mean that armed conflicts are not Imperialist actions over resources and capital. Just because Wells-Fargo supports "gay rights" doesn't mean they weren't implicit in the subprime mortgage crises that kicked families on the street, let alone wreck the housing system, and the economy. The Queer struggle is one for all bodies--regardless of race, sex, gender expression, immigration status, etc.
Marriage is not the end all goal for "equal rights."
Prisons are not the answer to "hate crimes."
Military Service is not a sign of "cultural acceptance."
